The Law Office of Daniel Parsons, has provided Elder Law, Medicaid Planning and Estate Planning services since 1997.

Mr. Parsons began his legal career working as an attorney in the life and health insurance industries, protecting the interests of insurance consumers overseeing compliance protection laws for several large insurers. He decided to change the focus of his practice to assist those who needed it the most, seniors and their families.

"Insurance companies, long-term care facilities and governmental agencies to very little to help people understand their rights and protect their best interests," says Mr. Parsons.  "Whether it is Medicaid, Medicare or insurance benefits, people need to understand the rules and regulations in order to protect themselves and their assets."

For Mr. Parsons, starting an elder law and estate planning firm was a natural evolution from seeing the difficulties that seniors and families were having with these issues and using his legal expertise to help seniors and families plan for the future with confidence and peace of mind.
